This type of in-line system is characterised by the simple transfer and handling of printed circuit boards via pin chains. Transport systems with electrically adjustable widths allow for quick and straightforward adaptation to changing products, thereby offering the flexibility required in modern electronics manufacturing today. The VP2100 and VP2200 models take things a step further. At just 2.7 m in length, the VP2100 is one of the narrowest fully automated in-line ovens in the world. It is particularly well suited to production environments where 5-metre-long convection ovens cannot be accommodated. The VP2200, on the other hand, is the workhorse of all vapour-phase systems. Thanks to its patented, built-in multi-vacuum technology, porosity rates of less than 1% are achieved. This makes the VP2200 particularly suitable for the high-quality sector, for products manufactured for the military, the aerospace industry or the medical sector.
