Demoline for practical process and machine demonstrations
Systronics has a fully equipped demonstration line for modern electronics and SMT manufacturing, which is available to customers for visits, machine demonstrations and hands-on presentations of various manufacturing processes. This allows visitors to experience modern technologies and how they interact across different process steps in a real-world setting.
The demo line comprises solutions for component storage and material supply, component placement, process and quality control, selective soldering and coating thickness measurement. The systems used are supplied by our partners Mycronic, Asscon, Axxon, Inertec, Fritsch, e-Flex, SMT Wertheim, Arcadia and Photonics Systems Group. The demonstration line enables customers to familiarise themselves with the individual systems under realistic production conditions and to experience their functions first-hand in a practical setting. At the same time, the interplay between various process steps within a modern electronics manufacturing facility is clearly demonstrated. Technical functions, automation options, process flows and quality controls can be explained directly at the equipment and examined together with Systronics specialists.
