No other feeder allows you to change reels as quickly as the Agilis. Regardless of the reel size, loading them always takes the same amount of time. Ideal for prototyping, development and small-batch production

As well as ensuring reliable placement, the SM902professionalXL offers higher placement throughput and a high level of user comfort.

Unlike the SM902, motorised feeders with LED displays and an automatic dispensing system for applying solder paste and adhesive can be integrated.

During placement, an eyelet moves from one position to the next, thereby indicating where the component is to be placed. The user simply needs to hook the component onto the eyelet to be in the correct placement position.
To programme the placement coordinates, you can either import CAD data directly or teach in the positions.

Manual placement of fine-pitch components

Ideal for demanding prototyping applications, R&D tasks and small-batch production

The MP904 universal placement station combines the lightness and flexibility of a manipulator with the high precision requirements involved in placing fine-pitch components.

The placement head’s unrivalled smooth movement helps to position small and simple SMDs with precision. The vacuum is activated automatically when the pipette comes into contact with the components and deactivated again when it is set down.

The specialised vision system also enables the optimal placement of BGA and QFN components. The range of components extends from 0201 chips to fine-pitch and BGA components.
