Arcadia’s Galileo goods-in registration system enables the automation of component registration.

Incoming components are assigned a UID (Unique Identification) and recorded via the integrated ERP system. A scanner equipped with AI software reads all barcodes on incoming materials. Incoming quantities are recorded in real time and stored in the ERP system. The link to the in-house management system also enables the recorded rolls and materials to be put into storage directly. Galileo is an indispensable tool for keeping material stock under control at all times. Not only does it save time and money, but it also prevents data entry errors.

Archimedes is the name of Arcadia’s sophisticated roller bearing system. Thanks to integrated sensors, the loading and unloading of component rolls can be automated.

The hand-held scanner becomes redundant. Archimedes not only boosts productivity; thanks to its clever sensor technology, it also helps to prevent errors. Even components that are not supplied on a roll can be stored using Archimedes. To do this, individual storage locations are labelled with a barcode. These locations are therefore suitable for storing loose components.

MyTower

All rolls are neatly stored and, where necessary, automatically retrieved.

In Mycronic’s SMD tower, rolls of components are stored in a space-saving manner and under ideal conditions.

At the touch of a button, rolls can be automatically retrieved using a gripper. Thanks to the direct connection to the Mycronic process system “MyCenter”, available roll positions are displayed. Furthermore, the available storage capacity can be accessed at any time.
