The MYSmart MYT10 has been developed for applying materials to complex electronic assemblies.

Tabletop equipment must be extremely powerful and scalable in order to meet current and future requirements. From state-of-the-art prototypes right through to series production, the MYT10 is therefore designed for flexibility and configurability.

The MYT10 comes as standard with advanced features such as automatic calibration and visual inspection, barcode and reference point scanning, and laser height compensation on the Z-axis, all of which ensure user-friendly in-line functionality in a space-saving benchtop format.

Standalone dispenser solution

All-round solution for applying adhesives, solder paste and protective coatings

The dispenseALL420 dispensing system is a flexible machine designed for dispensing solder paste, adhesives, sealants, underfill, conformal coating and many other materials.

It can be used for prototypes, mass production, specialised applications or to expand existing production lines.

The machine is fitted with a universal carrier unit that allows up to three different metering valves to be used simultaneously. Each metering head is equipped with a motor drive featuring an integrated encoder for position control. This enables the machine to move to any height on the workpiece carrier.
