Jet Printing – greater flexibility for your production
Unlike in traditional stencil printing, the solder paste is applied in the MY700JP applied contactlessly and entirely by software. The system achieves a rate of up to 1,080,000 dots per hour. Programs can be created offline and prepared using, amongst other things, Gerber, ODB++ and CAD data.
A key advantage lies in the ability to precisely adjust the volume of solder paste at pad level. This makes it possible to cater for the differing requirements of large and small components within a single assembly – without the need for complex stepped stencils.
At the same time, there are no waiting times caused by jigs, and product changes can be carried out with short changeover times. This provides additional flexibility, particularly where there is a wide range of products, frequent changes and complex assemblies.
Ideal for demanding applications and PCB designs
- Via-in-pad,
- Cavities,
- Pin-in-Paste,
- Package-on-Package (PoP)
PCB expansion or contraction can also be managed without the typical alignment problems associated with stencil printing.
The comprehensively equipped MY700JP package
The launch campaign includes not only the MY700JP itself, but also a comprehensive range of accessories to ensure a productive start to jet printing.
- MY700JP
- Solder paste cleaning station
- MYPro Create Licence
- Shared DB option for a shared database
- Holder unit
- AG ejector
- either 2D inspection and repair or high-speed software
The platform can also be expanded to meet future production requirements. Features available include fine-pitch capabilities for smaller dot sizes, CFX/HERMES integration, solutions for larger printed circuit boards and board indexing, as well as PCB ID, barcode reading and traceability.
Campaign running until the end of 2026
